i know that if you read quotes she doesn’t sound so bad, and to be honest i’ve never read a whole book, but fuck her anyway. as if assholes really needed their philosophy vindicated in print. for a second i was thinking “way to go, bolsheviks. if this bitch hates you you did something right,” but then i realized maybe i wouldn’t have to hear anybody talk about “objectivism” (i’m calling bullshit on that word too, by the way) if they hadn’t had that goddamn revolution. she hated the commies for taking her family’s stuff, and i hate them for creating her. from now on i’m viewing history as a series of irritations.
fuck you, ayn rand. if i ever get a time machine, i’m making it my mission to fuck up your life. the strange thing is, i think that would be done by being really nice to her. i think she just needed a hug.
